Getting back on track…

Had an apple and a yogurt with green tea or breakfast (not a lot I know… But it takes me a long time to wake up in the morning). Then an awesome salad with walnuts and cranberries for lunch.

Ran 4 miles in 42 minutes!

Now it’s dinner time! Today also marks the first day in a LONG time where I did not have an after work beer (I work at a brewery… I’m not crazy).

Now, dinner and head out to the boy’s show
