Morning Workout & Upcoming Weekend

Did the company morning workout again today, in order to change up some of my 10K training and to get some energy to carry me through the next 48 hours.

Tons of intervals and tons of push ups… if i was able to remember what we did, I would write it down. I might have it on an email somewhere. But it was awesome, and simple enough that I could modify some things and do it on my own.

Tonight and all day tomorrow is a HUGE bike ride that we sponsor… the Brewery to Brewery ride. 1,000 cyclists head from Boston to Windsor, VT in under 10 hours – it is inspiring and grueling and awesome for everyone involved. This will be the second time that I work it, and it’s always a great time.

Sunday, I plan on going for my last long run. Then… it’s ONE WEEK UNTIL THE B.A.A 10K! When I get back on Sunday, I’m going to buy a new pair of running shorts and a top – get a schnazzy outfit for this awesome race!
