Soccer

This weeks company workout was inspired by soccer.

Soccer and I go way back – and playing it today, makes me realize how much I miss it.

I got to the track early, and did half a mile to warm up. We did some stretching and ab work and then went to do 5 minutes of toe touches on stairs. We ran some throw in/running drills. Some dribbling. And then a 3 vs 3 game.

I loved every second of it… 

I chose to work. I chose to sweat. I chose hard. 

GOD I LOVE SOCCER.
