Here are some pictures of our Spartan Race Training today…
This was our workout:
- 5 sandbag hill repeats,
- 1000m uphill leaping burpees,
- double tire hill carry x3,
- double bucket farmers hill carry x3,
- 100m sprints x3,
- 20 rock deadlift/cleans,
- trail run,
- 30 burpees with pushups,
- 30 TRX body rows,
- soccer field length bear crawls,
- soccer field length lateral frog jumps,
- and finally low plank with lateral walks.
All of this happened… in just under an hour. From 9:30 – 10:30. Happy Saturday.
