Here are some pictures of our Spartan Race Training today… 

This was our workout:

  • 5 sandbag hill repeats,
  • 1000m uphill leaping burpees,
  • double tire hill carry x3,
  • double bucket farmers hill carry x3,
  • 100m sprints x3,
  • 20 rock deadlift/cleans,
  • trail run,
  • 30 burpees with pushups,
  • 30 TRX body rows,
  • soccer field length bear crawls,
  • soccer field length lateral frog jumps,
  • and finally low plank with lateral walks.

All of this happened… in just under an hour. From 9:30 – 10:30. Happy Saturday.
