It’s just been one of those weeks. You know, those weeks that seem to crawl by?
I had Monday off, it’s Thursday, and it feels like I’ve worked for 10 days straight.
I went for a run last night, just to see if I could get some life into me, and it was probably the most difficult 2 mile run I’ve done in a year. I felt like I was running in place. I had to talk to myself and convince myself to finish the short loop before I could cook dinner.
And I did.
And I felt great.
So, even when it’s one of those weeks, challenge yourself to give just a little bit more. You’ll be surprised. Even if it’s not your best, it’s better than just sitting and being upset. If I can do it, you can do it.
