Yesterday, I pushed my limit. I went over to Peter Welch’s gym after work, and decided to get out of my comfort zone with a Boxing Fitness class.
And let me tell you – I was way out of my comfort zone.
I took a free boxing class when I was in college, and that was about it. Never again did I think I would find myself putting boxing gloves on and punching a bag.
It was hard, but it was amazing. I can’t wait to go back for more. I signed up for their 6-week bootcamp – 4 people per session max, 3 times a week, customized workouts and dietary planning. I’m so excited.
