This week has got off to a great start. Boyfriend just started working in an offsite warehouse and even after one day there, I can totally tell he is less stressed. Makes me happy to see him not as stressed out as he normally has been.
Yesterday I did a double header – 5:00 – 5:45PM spinning class and then 5:45 – 7:15 Vinyassa yoga class. I was already sore from Saturday’s yoga class and Sunday’s 5K, but I pushed through and finished feeling effing fantastic.
Today is a rest day – tomorrow, I’m going to go run the Harvard Stadium stairs with November Project and then end my day with a Vinyassa Yoga class at 5:45.
It’s going to be epic.
