Recovering from a stress fracture is hard. Limiting food and drinks when you get engaged is hard.
So I found myself at my heaviest after coming back from Indiana. I was tired. My foot hurt whenever I tried to run, and it was hot and I was unmotivated.
Julie challenged me to a PiYo 30 Day Challenge last month. I am honest, and will admit I was skeptical of this whole thing. How could an at home DVD and shake combo really work? I’ve seen it been sold by other people, and have heard tons of negative things about it. But I’m also someone who will try anything once. So, here I am, starting week 4, down 7 pounds from when I started this 4 weeks ago.
