Usually you’ll see a bunch of before & after photos flooding your social media pages today, but I’m going to dare you to do something different.
How are you FEELING?
In my current PiYo & Happiness Challenge Group, we are talking about not only our physical changes, but our mental & emotional changes. Being healthy doesn’t just mean you are at a certain weight – it also looks at your mental wellness.
So today, I’m challenging you to acknowledge your mental & emotional transformation. Are you happy with where you are? Have you let stress come in and wreck havoc on you and your relationships?
