This was my last official race of 2013 – can’t believe I was able to run that fast with crazy winds and below freezing temps!
I’m currently doing the Runners World Running Streak (#RWRunStreak) – and on day 5, I’m feeling great! I’ll post a little bit more about the streak when I get home!

The finish line picture from Saturday’s 5K – when I realized that I had smashed my 5K PR! Crossed the finish line in 28:26… almost a FULL MINUTE off of my previous 5K PR… and that was even with stopping to drink water! Still can’t believe it!
On May 11th, I crossed my first finish line since crossing the Boston Marathon finish line on April 14th, as part of the B.A.A 5K. It’s the first finish line that I’ve been to since standing at the Boston Marathon finish line on April 15th.
